The Dreamer's Mazes are optional dungeons in Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom. Their existence is revealed during the game's main story, and they're scattered across the world. To enter the Dreamer's Maze, you must first find a Dreamer's Door. Each door leads to a specific maze, but each maze is procedurally generated. This means that every time you enter, the layout will be different. There are ten mazes in total, and you can complete them in any order that you like, aside from the tenth, which is only unlocked once you've cleared the previous nine.
Dreamer's Mazes consist of a set number of floors, and the last floor always has a boss. If you've struggling to clear a maze, note that the Dimensional Lab that you can build in Evermore can be a big help. The research that you can carry out there provides boosts to your abilities while exploring the Dreamer's Maze.
That said, some Dreamer's Mazes may still prove to be too much of a challenge depending on the strength of your party. If enemies appear to be too high level, you'll have to do a bit of grinding and come back when you're stronger.
Anyway, you can find Dreamer's Maze Doors at the following locations (all of which are dungeons -- there are no Dreamer's Mazes on the world map or in towns).
All Ni no Kuni II Dreamer's Maze and Dreamer's Door Locations

The Dreamer's Door is found by taking the first path to your right.
This Dreamer's Maze has 4 floors, and the enemies start out around level 20-25.

Eert Grove is located North-East of Goldpaw. You have to follow a narrow path on the world map to reach it.
The Dreamer's Door is found by heading straight ahead, then turning left.
This Dreamer's Maze has 6 floors, and the enemies start out around level 25-30.
Shrine of Pining
The Shrine of Pining is located to the South-East of Hydropolis. You'll need the boat to get there, and you'll need to follow certain paths up the coral structures.

Tidewash Cave
Tidewash Cave is located to the far South of Goldpaw. It's on a small island that's only accessible with your ship.

The Sublime Shrine is located to the North-East of Broadleaf.
The Dreamer's Door is found by heading as deep as you can into the shrine.

This Dreamer's Maze has 13 floors, and the enemies start out around level 45-50.
Blowtorch Cave
Blowtorch Cave is located to the South of Broadleaf, in the Northern part of the canyon area. You'll need the airship to get there.
The Dreamer's Door is found by heading left at the first split.
This Dreamer's Maze has 15 floors, and the enemies start out at around level 55-65.
Shivery Shrine
Shivery Shrine is located to the far North and slightly to the East of Broadleaf, in the snowy region of the world map.
The Dreamer's Door is found by heading into the deepest part of the shrine.
This Dreamer's Maze has 18 floors, and the enemies start out around level 60-65.
Faraway Forest
Faraway Forest is located to the East of Broadleaf, on its own little island. Again, you'll need to have cleared all previous mazes to find this one.
The Dreamer's Door is found in the deepest part of the forest.
This Dreamer's maze has a whopping 30 floors, and the maze's boss is level 95. As such, you'll likely need to grind to get close to his power. We recommend at least hitting level 80-90 before attempting to take him on.

Cool I ran into 1 and it was locked. I’m like I will
Come back later
The problem with these Dreamer Doors and the Tainted Monsters is that there are basically two outcomes: One, you seek them out at a level-appropriate time so they're challenging, as intended. This overlevels you and normal content is a mindless slaughter of button mashing. Two, you avoid them so as to avoid gross overlevelling, coming back to do them later. This means they're mindlessly easy busywork rather than the challenge intended.
I'm loving this game so far, but peering behind the scenes and thinking about how it's put together, it lets itself down.
