Sony's really pushing Monster Hunter: World in Japan, where it'll be releasing a whole line of audio-based products that tie into Capcom's upcoming action role-playing title. The lineup includes a snazzy looking Monster Hunter branded Walkman, some stylish headphones, and a neat little portable speaker.
We're not entirely sure what Monster Hunter has to do with this particular market, but fair play. It's worth mentioning that the Walkman actually comes with five pre-installed, high quality tracks from the game, so we suppose that means we can look forward to a good soundtrack?
Would you nab any of this stuff if you got the chance? Begin your hunt in the comments section below.

It all looks nice, but really? Wireless speaker? I wonder if it can connect to a PS4. The headphones, are they HEADSETS (i.e. with a mic) or just HEADPHONES. And the walkman. Really? I mean. I get it. The brand is pure nostalgia and it looks like a fine device and I get the hype about all that hires stuff okay, but really? Do people even care anymore about a standalone player? I had a hires player and listened to flacs exclusively a while back and YES they do sound better (IF you have a nice device AND good expensive headphones) but nothing beats the CONVENIENCE of iTunes on iPhone and Bose wireless sport in ears. The 10% difference in clarity, not worth it for me.
