Purchase incentive news: Sony’s giving away copies of Farpoint with PlayStation VR headset purchases in Europe from tomorrow until around 4th June. The promotion ends a little earlier in some countries, so do refer to the PlayStation Blog for full details.
If you want the PlayStation VR Aim Controller as well, then you’ll be able to get the bundle for the reduced price of €30, again when you purchase it alongside a headset. This only applies at participating retailers so you may need to ask around, but it sounds like a decent little value add.

Are they giving the gun as well at game with farpoint? Or you have to buy it on its own? Also is this worth getting? considering it is the price of the console it self and you have to buy games on it after. Is it worth while in its current state? Or should I wait a bit more to invest? Thank you.
@blinddiesel If you have the money I would say dive in. If all else fails ask resident expert and top VR dog @Simon_Fitzgerald who's played every VR game ever created.
The EU VR Demo disc was atrocious, this just makes it worse lol, will still pick it up anyway.
Kind of startling to see Sony promoting PSVR. I'd like it better as a non-limited pack-in though. Seeing it like this makes me think Sony isn't really trying all that hard. Headset, camera, game and gun. Even with the discounts that's still a lot to ask. Besides PSVR I haven't really seen them promoting the camera at all this Gen since the Playroom that came bundled with the system. My kid wants a camera to play it but even he realizes a demo isn't enough of a reason to buy one. On PS3 we had Heroes on the Move, the 2 Eyepet games, Wonderbook and his most played that sports game with the gladiator combat. Maybe PS4 has a bunch of games like that but I haven't seen them advertised. I have been waiting since before launch to buy a camera for Dreams but who knows when that is coming out. Maybe they'll bundle it with a camera, that would help.
