Right, let's start 2017 off with some red hot hype peddling, shall we? Hideaki Itsuno, one of Capcom's most distinguished game directors, has tweeted that he'll be announcing a new title at some point this year. That's pretty exciting news in itself, but the hype rockets when you realise that Itsuno is best known for his work on Devil May Cry 2, 3, 4, and Dragon's Dogma. Yep, we'll take another game from either of those properties, thank you very much.
Of course, it's worth noting that nothing is nailed down at this point - the project in question could be absolutely anything. That said, we're overdue a return to Devil May Cry, and Dragon's Dogma has been begging for a sequel for a long while now. Indeed, the latter would arguably make the most sense, given that Capcom has been testing the waters with Dragon's Dogma Online in Japan.
In any case, we'll no doubt hear more about Itsuno's latest in the relatively near future. But until then, feel free to lose your minds in the comments section below.

Devil dogma dante gonna kill yo dragons edition
@AlejandroMora Would play
Deep Down rebranded as Dragon's Dogma 2? It always seemed odd to me how similar Deep Down was, and it even mirrored the initials of Dragon's Dogma, like it was just a codename.
New Devil May Cry game for sure. Wasn't there already pictures of the voice actors of Dante and Virgil in a booth together? I think there was another Dante related drawing or something that leaked too
Devil May Cry 5 please and thank you
Please, please, PLEASE be Devil May Cry 5!
I would love a follow up to Dragon's Dogma that left Japan.
