Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom seriously has our attention after showing off a new gameplay trailer at Sony's PlayStation Experience 2016 press conference. The role-playing sequel looks downright gorgeous, as you'd expect, and the gameplay seems especially solid. To be frank, it's looking like an adventure that we can't wait to get lost in. It arrives on PlayStation 4 at some point next year.

I had almost given up hope of this ever actually getting to see the light of day! Massive highlight.
Ah crap, I better get on finishing the first one! Just have to find a place to hook up the PS3....
I wish the first one was in pack in with this one.
looks like they changed the battle system! All the rest was already pretty sweet
Ni no Kuni was one of the most charming games I have ever played. Hope for more of the same.
I'd actually be more surprised if this made 2017 than if it was pushed back to 2018.
I cannot wait though, this is right with FF VII and TLOU 2 as my most anticipated games moving forward.
"I'm going to create a Kingdom where everyone can be happy"

Ya this is one of my most anticipated exclusive games. Horizon Zero Dawn, Persona 5 and Ni No Kuni 2.
Didn't have the time to play the first game but hopefully I'll get to enjoy this at some point. Looks like a huge upgrade all round.
This is 100% my most anticipated PS4 game right now. Level-5 has to be one of my favorite game devs these days.
Already sold my ps3 before playing ni no kuni 1, I hope sony considering remaster the first game for ps4. World of final fantasy, final fantasy xv, persona 5, and now ni no kuni 2, ps4 is the rpg machine that I need
Looks like its still set in the same universe as the first one but with a different cast. Is Studio Ghibli involved in the development for this one since they weren't credited in the trailer. I do like that Joe Hisashi is doing the music, though.
Still need to play the first one. I have a digital copy but never managed to get around to it. This looks great. It gives me some strong DQVIII vibes and raises my hype for DQXI as well.
