You may need to stage your own racket to be able to afford Mafia III's collector's edition, but it'll be worth the effort without doubt. 2K Games has announced the game's obligatory limited edition set, which will launch on 7th October worldwide. At an eye-watering $149.99, the package is pricey – but it does come with a handful of must-haves for franchise fans.
The headline items include two 180 gram vinyl records, one boasting songs from the release's licensed soundtrack, and the other featuring music from Jesse Harlin and Jim Bonney's original score. You'll also get a couple of lithographs from Playboy, an art book, a set of replica dog-tags, some faux leather drinks coasters, and access to the title's Season Pass.
Whichever copy of the game you decide to purchase, pre-ordering will net you the Family Kick-Back bonus pack, which includes three extra vehicles and weapons available on launch day. Will you be leaving the gun and taking this collector's edition? Spew some other Godfather references in the comments section below.

Will this be available in the uk? How much money?
Mafia II is my favourite game of all time, so this is going to be a decent game at least. HYPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!
Even though I love the look of this game there is absolutely no way I would throw that kinda money at this collectors edition...mainly because I haven't played the first two so I may hate it
@SPGFan34 There was no UK price in the press release. Will keep looking.
@get2sammyb being a old git that still likes vinyl im looking for a uk release as well. Please not game
Interesting collection but missing a P-38 to wear on the dog tag chain. Also the real cost most likely is $150+ the cost of a record player.
Mafia 3 is my most anticipated game for 2016. 1960's muscle cars, swamp gators, and New Orleans 1969. Sounds fun to me.
Pre-ordering is tempting but i now wait for reviews and patches before purchasing games. After Far Harbor i will now also wait for dlc reviews and patches.
I wouldn't mind the Vinyl, but too expensive for be too be interested.
@Anguspuss There will probably be plenty of these vinyls for sale online. Don't think too many people have the record player to use them.
