As has become tradition, Ubisoft's E3 2016 press conference ended with the announcement of a brand new game. This year we were treated to Steep, an open world sports IP set in the Swiss Alps. The title sees you gliding, snowboarding, and skiing your way around a beautiful snow-capped mountain range.
It also features a strong focus on multiplayer, as you'll be able to race your friends, and also create specific challenges for them to complete. Oh, and the company was also very proud of an apparently entirely unprecedented mode known as 'Mountain View™'. But let's get real here: it's just a world map, Ubisoft. You're not fooling anyone.
If this all sounds a little confusing, take a gander at the trailers, and then let us know if you'll be picking up the title when it launches on PS4 this December.

Wasn't Criterion making a game like this or am i mistaken?
@Hnadeem46 Yeah, it totally was! I had forgotten about that! It was either last E3 or the one before that it was announced, and it hasn't been spoken about since as far as I know.
Do want.
Big up Ubisoft for trying something new. It looks pretty cool too.
Is it offline?
Is it single player?
[is it secret? Is it safe?]
Apart from the cheesy quotes, I like that trailer.
Looking good,i like it
I like it, it will probably get delayed to 2017 though. It is refreshing, different and graphically impressive with an in- depth soundtrack imminent. In a holiday season with the three main games being shooters, it's exactly what we need. I will definately get Watch Dogs 2 as well. #UbiEdge
