Sony loves you, yeah, yeah, yeah! Alright, in truth, the firm just wants your dough and it's using Valentine's Day as an excuse to extract it, but let's not get all cynical, eh? The platform holder's rolled out a Flash Sale in North America which centres upon experiences that can be played with a significant other. Thematic stuff!
The goodies span all PlayStation platforms, though obviously the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 are best represented. Highlights include Battlefield 4 for $11.99, Injustice: Gods Among Us for $5.99, and even Knack for $7.99. Favourites like Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, Far Cry 4, and Resogun are also discounted – and this is on the platform holder's new-gen format alone.
You can, as always, find the full list of savings on the PlayStation Blog, but we'd encourage you to venture back as soon as you've settled upon a shopping list in order to share it with us in the comments section below.

@Gamer83 Remember that convo we had a few weeks back about Injustice? $5.99 for the Ultimate Ed makes me glad I waited. Even if it's too violent for my kid, I'm still getting it for that price and play the single player myself, I always liked Lobo.
Also may pick up Lego Jurassic World for $16.99 - well my kid has birthday money left, not for me - and NFL Blitz for $1.49, the best football game I've ever played. OK maybe the only one. Any maybe Castlestorm complete for $2.99. Good sale.
Knack for 7.99. Think I will get it now.
@rjejr you have good taste. Injustice sounds great too but my kids are 8 and 6 so probably not for them. Maybe for me though!
@rjejr
Nice. Injustice is a really good game, hopefully you have fun with it.
I picked up Knack and Diablo 3 Ultimate. Been wanting both on the cheap, and since I missed Diablo at 20 around the Holidays, 23 was good enough.
I loved Injustice. Have in on 360, may be worth playing again on the PS4.
Might get Rayman Legends. I already completed it on Wii U but would like to try it without the forced Murphy sections.
Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus is the only thing I've settled on. I'm tempted to grab Diablo, but I just don't think I'd be too interested in it.
Divinity is a must for anyone who doesn't own it. Absolute steal at 23.
I wish these flash sales happened on the eu store
I <3 U 2 Sony!! Soul Sacrifice Delta for me this time =) Also wow, Knack finally got a real discount...Do I smell a PS Plus Freebie?? ^^
I too got Soul Sacrifice Delta as it works on the Playstation TV.
Already had Soul Sacrifice but that one does not work on the TV.
I also recommend Jackbox Party Pack 2 fun game that uses phones, tablets, PC, etc as a controller.
Blazerush is also on sale for the PS4 but only listed for the PS3 on the sale charts so you have to search for it.
Resogun and Geometry Wars 3 at those prices!! 1943 is also on the cheap for ps3. Shoot em up heaven right there.
Great sale! I picked up Sniper Elite 3 Ultimate Edition and couldn't pass up Knack at that price.
@Aslanmagic 8 and 6 I think my kids were still playing Dora the Explorer On the Purple Planet on PS2.
13 and 11 is a very different game set. The 11 year old is doing who knows what in Gary's Mod and my wife is worried he's going to join Anonymous. I don't think that will happen though, him and his Mine craft cartel will probably start their own malicious script kiddie group, hopefully with a better name then Squid Lizards.
Enjoy Disney Infinity playsets with the kids, play Injustice after bedtime.
I can get Knack. Sony loves me!
@rjejr
Mr. Cheapskate strikes again
@themcnoisy and Raiden V is only 3 bucks!
Glad I setup my NA account now. There seem to be a lot more flash sales on there compared to EU and the prices are pretty much always cheaper as well.
@rjejr lol that's awesome. Right now they're enjoying Yoshi's Wooly World. In fact they love it. They fight over who gets to play it. They haven't played Minecraft yet, but I bet they'd enjoy that too.
its all about STARWHAL!!!
Army of Two: 40th Day and Army of Two: Devil's Cartel for $1.99 each? Heck yes. Also snagging the (laggy as heck) Borderlands 2 for Vita and the NBA Jam bundle!
@Gmork___ Any chance Starwhal works online? I assume it's local only.
BorderLands 2 is only 3.99$ on vita. good deal.
@Aslanmagic "Right now they're enjoying Yoshi's Wooly World. In fact they love it. They fight over who gets to play it"
You do know that's a 2 player game, right? Unless you mean play w/ you? I actually played the entire game myself, but I used our yarn Yoshi amiibo for most of it, on mellow mode, your kids are probably a lot better at it than I am.
@rjejr true, but I think they'd rather do it on their own. They're also not the best at co-op yet.
They've been playing on mellow mode - a nice option to have by the way - and I only have had to help the youngest one whose able to play a few times. He's really big on trying to find all the yarn. Pretty good at it I'd say too! It amazing how quickly kids pick things up - a lot better than us old guys.
@Aslanmagic Yeah, getting pwned by kids in just about every game we play now. I'm going to be slaughtered when we get Pokken Tournament in a few weeks. Thankfully we still play co-op in Disney Infinity and Lego games, I'm of better use than competition these days.
@rjejr I'm excited for Pokken and getting owned myself. Lego is always fun - looking forward to Star Wars. I might get it for PS4 because I like earning trophies. I hope the NX has some kind of achievement system. I wasn't an achievement person at first, but I've gotten into it now.
@Aslanmagic "achievement system"
If Nintnedo pays any attention to their wholly owned dev Monolithsoft we will. I've played over 100 hours of XCX and it feels like every 15 minutes I'm getting an achievement pop-up, which looks like they took their system directly from the PS3.
I think I'm best described as non-committal on trophies. I do like seeing them pop up occasionally, especially the funny and sometime double-entendre ones, but I don't care enough to go after them. I have so many trophies on my PS3, but not a single plat. I don't care enough. Though I have gone after a few in games like Plants vs Zombies and Swords and Soldeirs b/c they are "challenges" and those games are relatively short. But what trophies would a 2D or 3D Mario have? I guess all those LBP game shad them (well actually maybe not the first) so anything is possible.
I still need to pick XCX up! Yeah I suppose some those games would be difficult for trophies - perhaps speed runs (which I'm not into), coin collecting, Goomba stomping. It must be seeing the "pop" I like the most. But I suppose if I get a bunch it's not as fun.
