@KratosMD Thanks Will do!
@ueh19 I found them through the 'new releases' section scroll to the end.
I'll carry on playing Fallout 4.
@Bad-MuthaAdebisi Ah, found it. Thought it was wierd the games didnt appear when i searched for them Thanks!
@ueh19 Yeah, the only one that's not out yet is Guns Up, which is coming next week.
Bastion (Cross-buy)
$2.85/£6.00
What??
@chiptoon Yes it shows as 4.5 euros!! Is the game any good though?
@chiptoon It's discounted at the moment.
I really want to check out Fat Princess, seems like a interesting game, but I don't know...is it worth 20 euros?
Really peeved with the ps2 pricing. £11.99 is too much.
Where as newer games are priced like this -
Bastion (Cross-buy)
$2.85/£6.00
Nuclear Throne (Cross-buy)
$11.99/£9.49
The BIT.TRIP (Cross-buy)
$9.99/£7.99
Madness.
Looking forward to reading reviews for Nuclear Throne and The BIT.TRIP.
Thanks for doing a break down of the games and their prices, not seen any other site do that yet. Guess most are being lazy as it's the weekend.
Bought Nuclear Throne and Final Fantasy VII. Loving Nuclear Throne as its one of those pick up and play games (bit like Rocket League). The only thing I didn't like at first was the forced 4:3 aspect ratio but I understand why the did it (Rami has explained a few times as to the design decision to go with a 4:3 aspect ratio, and its not just for retro reasons).
The only thing I'd say is on a vita screen in 4:3 it does look a bit small, its perfectly playable but a much better experience on the PS4.
Not started Final Fantasy VII yet, but will be this week - can't wait.. ahhh the memories.
Tempted by Bastion. Been wanting to get it for a while and the Vita version might just be the reason to do it. Although I'm like 100% it's going to end up on Plus.
The PS2 games are crazy expensive. Not to mention that Microsoft's attitude to backwards compatibility (which is in itself not true backwards compatibility but a form of emulation that's free for anyone who's previously purchased the game) is way more consumer friendly. Paying £12 for a game you may well have bought and played over a decade ago is just ridiculous.
I'm still hopeful that Sony will one day see the light and enable free streaming of previously purchased PS3 content via PS Now. It's a slim hope.
I'd recommend not buying the PS2 games if you think they're overpriced. If no one buys them, then they'll have to bring the prices down.
Bastion is rather expensive compared to the US.
I might get some of the PS2 games when they're in a sale, but I'm not in any real rush. Is £8.99 the permanent price for Final Fantasy VII?
What makes the final fantasy vii on ps4 worth more than the ps3 version? Or is it just a because reasons situation.
Bastion on Vita at last!
I bought this on sale for PS4 ages ago and have been waiting/hoping for it to be cross-buy to play on my handheld. Woot woot!
@everyone Yep,what a rip off - pass..I won't let sony take advantage of my rose tinted spectacles until its not total extortion.
Don't care about any of the GTA, er, PS2 games. Only thing I want here is FFVII, got it yesterday.
@sinalefa
There's also a few Level-5 RPG's available like Dark Coud and Rogue Legacy. I'm personally going to wait for a sale on those 2 but I do plan to pick them up. Hopefully we'll see more Level-5 games added in the future as well.
@get2sammyb I'm surprised to read you say that, but I agree, the $14.99 price point for all the titles (except Twisted Metal Black and War of the Monsters which are 9.99) seems a little bit high, but it's comparable to what Nintendo charges ($19.99) for their Wii games on Wii U eshop.
@JaxonH I agree, I would buy Rogue Galaxy and Dark Cloud as PS2 classics for my PS3 right now.
I'd love to play Dark Cloud (1&2), as well as Rogue Galaxy on the Vita.
