We're slap bang in the nucleus of the holiday rush right now, but this week's software lineup isn't brimming with blockbusters – it seems that all of the slightly more niche releases have settled upon the next few days to deploy. Whether it's the obnoxiously named Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below or the apparently excellent The Talos Principle: Deluxe Edition, you should find something a little out of the ordinary this week.
Pick of the Week: Dragon Quest Heroes
Combining addictive role-playing game mechanics with hectic hack and slash gameplay, Dragon Quest Heroes bounces onto the PlayStation 4 this week with gusto. If you've already seen our glowing review, then you'll know exactly why this slime filled adventure has claimed its place as Pick of the Week. Long story short, Heroes is one of the best games Omega Force has ever produced, and you'd be a right goo-f to miss out on it.

Ridiculous!
I'm surprised Wasteland didn't get a single vote, word on the street is that it's a pretty good game...
I'm interested in the dungeon travelers 2 game. Hope the review says its good, and I'll pick it up.
@AhabSpampurse Article's only just gone live, I'm sure it'll pick a few votes up.
Dont forget The Order is at $20 & Bloodborne dropped to $40!!
wasteland!!!!! WWOOOOOOO!!!!! I LOVE wastelands!!!!
My kid was watching a Let's Play of Minecraft Story Mode this morning. He's a huge Minecraft junkie, but he'll just be watching this, not buying it.
And I think you give DQ way too short thrift. Great review, and lots of people were looking forward to it. And it's a PS4 exclusive in the west. I'd be all over it if we got the PS3 version but no, not even a download.
Where are the votes for Disgaea 5? I cant wait. Everyone's banging on about wasteland, Minecraft etc whilst the best trpg franchise has 5% and that's possibly just me. Do yourselves a favour and stick it on you Santa list kids.
Nothing like i normally would buy, but Dragon Quest Heroes looks really tempting. Never played a DQ game before though. Also not sure what to expect game play and difficulty wise, but damn, those graphics are fine. Might just have to get it for that reason alone. Love the art style.
@LittleLight Its not really a Dragon Quest game though, so you can't really compare it with the main numbered games in the series. If you like Heroes you might not like regular Dragon Quest and vice versa.
