World of Final Fantasy hasn't really garnered too much internet hype since it was unveiled at E3 earlier in the year, but there's no denying that it looks very, very pretty. Bringing a couple of different art styles together in order to create a varied visual experience, it's a title that comes across really well screenshot form - which is great, since 4Gamer has a bunch of new ones to share.
Showcasing environments, characters, and monsters, we're simply loving the look of Square Enix's PlayStation 4 and Vita spin-off. The whole thing's packed with colour, and those little sprite-like faces are just far too cute for their own good.
How do you think it looks? Are you impressed? Go on a lovely little adventure in the comments section below.

looks great, I'm getting it on Vita for some reason after watching the trailer it looked liked it was a better fit for the game
at least to me
@FullbringIchigo agreed. Vita is my handhd for most jrpgs. Its basically the ultimate final fantasy machine.
@FullbringIchigo I'd rather get this for vita as well, does look like a better fit for that system.
On the first trailer I noticed it said "play it first on PS4 and PS Vita." I wonder if that means it will eventually come to Xbone as well? I hope so, because the game looks like a lot of fun and I don't want to miss it.
(T-T )
Or at least I hope it gets PS TV compatibility.
Looking forward to it!
@Utena-mobile the way the relationship between Square and XBOX looks like it going as nearly all their recently announced games don't seem to be getting a XBOX release, probably because the XB1 has tanked in Japan and world wide it's sales are only just above the Wii U it probably won't be on XB1 but it might get a PC and Mobile release
@FullbringIchigo
ah, well... that's that, I guess. It was a good dream worth hanging on to. At least the good news is Squenix tend to announce their games waaaaaaaaay before they're ready, so the PS4 slim will likely be out by the time World of FF comes out. Definitely picking up a slim. (^_^ )
Looking forward to it, somewhat. Though the 2 main characters' expressions kinda creep me out.
@Utena-mobile There is still a chance it could come on XB1 but I don't see it happening because the series just doesn't sell that well on xbox systems.
Just look at the FFXIII series, even though the 360 was outselling the PS3 the game still sold loads better on the PS3 (not to mention in japan it wasn't even released on 360, It was PlayStation exclusive).
Also and please note this is a RUMOUR, apparently pre-orders for Rise of the Tomb Raider aint that high either, It looks like Squares games just ain't selling that well on XBOX and apparently the only reason the XB1 is even still getting FFXV & Kingdom Hearts III is because they have already spent to much on the XB1 versions to warrent cancelling them (please note this is also just a RUMOUR and may not be true).
I really hope that this time SquareEnix makes this not only "Cross Save" but also "Cross buy" - I really want this on my Vita because I think that game may be better suited for it, but I would also love to switch to PS4 when Im in the mood - that is a major let down for me regarding FFXHD
@game: although I dont like "Chibi"-looks in general, if its FF you can count me in no matter what - from what I have heard/read and seen by now Im very intrigued by that game
@XB1 - I honestly doubt that SE will release it on One, there is just not enough audience for such games on that console - well there may be players that want to play it, but far away from enough, besides the One is somewhat close to "not existing" in Japan - thats why I always buy both PS and XBOX, although I slightly prefer the One, when it comes to JRPGs theres no other choice than to own a PS
@FullbringIchigo I wouldn't go that far, its just Square is being cautious. These types of games, their more obscure and Japanese oriented, won't come to Xbox due to little to no Japanese adoption rate which is where these types of games will thrive. Square's Big titles do well world wide so no reason to not put it on their.
Reminds me a little of Everybody's Golf
