Assassin's Creed Syndicate's story is all about the never-ending war between Assassins and Templars - but you knew that already. However, Ubisoft's latest blockbuster is attempting to add some personality to its cockney cast by filling London full of ne'er-do-wells. There'll be seven big baddies to bring down to size, and they'll be headed by one particularly evil boss.
Of course, the Frye siblings are on hand to free the people and bring the fight to the Templars - one region of England's capital city at a time, we'd imagine. Do you have high hopes for Syndicate's story, or do you think it'll be business as usual, only with more top hats and cloudy skies? Rise up in the comments section below.

Is it just me or does it seem like the hype for the fall 2015 Ubisoft titles are kinda lacking? I'm not sure if it's a indication of how well the games will sell or not.........but it seems like nobody is talking about them much.
I don't think anybody would say that Ubisoft is a bad developer, in some ways they take more chances than the Activisions and EA's of the world......the problem is, Ubisoft hasn't felt fresh in a long time. It's the same game play mechanics, the same marketing, the same "made for a demographic" feeling.
If im being honest, i wont be buying an ac until they wow me. I felt so lost after 3, then was unimpressed with black flag till i got about 20hrs in, at which point i got more addicted to ac than i ever have been. Black flag renewed my faith in ac and unity just crushed it. Unless the reviews and friends opinions who get it are staggering, im done with ac for a while. Not sure i can ever get truly back into it unless they did another black flag and went to the old movement from black flag.
Is it not time to move on from AC. Yearly instalments get old quick!!
@sub12 Yeah I agree.
This time last year there was quite a bit of hype for Unity & Far Cry 4, though this year nobody seems bothered about their output.
Maybe this is to do with franchise fatigue. Like you say the Ubisoft game structure of liberating outposts and unlocking the map etc has become stale. It's the same across FC, AC and Watchdogs.
Also they let many people down last year. I liked WD myself but many were disappointed with the game (and the graphics downgrade?), Unity was a buggy mess on release and The Crew didn't cut it. I think last years games may have been the cause of this years lack of hype, at least partly...
I live in London and I can confirm the title to be true.
@Dodoo I think alot of people are really looking forward to Rainbow Six Siege and The Division.
Im not a fan of the Assassin's Creed series, but Syndicate looks really good im my opinion. If they can nail the story and have a fun relationship between the brother and sister aswell as really good combat I think they will have a hit on there hands.
The only other AC game I enjoyed was Black Flag.
@xX_RiscazZ_Xx - ASSASSINS CREED: ALBERT SQUARE
INT. THE QUEEN VIC
Ian Beale: Cor blimey! Who's that dodgy looking geezer in the corner, Lofty?
Lofty: I dunno Ian. He's been crouching there all afternoon, mumbling sumfink about a "codex". I think he thinks he's invisible.
Dirty Den: Oi! Hoodie! Buy a drink or get out of my gaff, you slaaag!
Ezio (for it is he): Eet is not-a your-a gaff-a any more. I am-a the new owner of the Queen Vic!
Ian Beale: Strike a light!
DRAMATIC DRUM SOLO. CREDITS.
They speak too posh to be proper Londoners.
