Tearaway is not just brilliant, it's also super cute. Subsequently, if any game deserved a Special Edition flush with the most adorable plushie ever, it's forthcoming PlayStation 4 re-release Tearaway Unfolded. This delicious European special comes with a copy of the papery platformer, some extra in-game loot – including a God of War costume – and an amazing iota teddy.
Of course, wherever there's good news there's also bad, and we're sad to report that this is currently only confirmed for Australia, New Zealand, France, Iberia, Benelux, Norway, the Middle East, and South Africa. However, developer Media Molecule insists that "this list is not final and could be subject to change". How about throwing your homeland a bone, guys?

Don't even have my PS4 yet but would buy cause plushy pitty no UK so far.
Considering LBP2 & 3's special editions didn't make it to UK the developers freaking home country, i highly doubt we'll be getting this awesome edition

Can someone give me the run down on this game? Open world? Platformer? I am intrigued just would like to know more, thx guys:)
@SonyInfinity It's a 3D platformer set in a paper world, and your time is divided between solving puzzles, navigating the world, hoovering up collectibles, and creating decorations... It's quite unique in many ways so hard to explain; I'd recommend looking on YouTube for some gameplay footage.

@get2sammyb thanks sam, was curious. For whatever reason I though it was set in an open world type setting, but I'm guessing it is set up as "levels" or stages? One last question, does it have a couch Co op option? Looks like something my 8 year old would LOVE.
@SonyInfinity It is kind of like a collectathon like Banjo (though collecting isn't necessary) but a bit more linear.
I don't think it is multiplayer.
Can't wait to get this game, as I never played it on the VITA. Hopefully this special edition comes to the US, like Little Big Planet's 2 version did...my kids would love to have that plush!
Can't wait to play this on my PS4 I just hope you don't have to do to many silly things with the DS4 Pad tho while playing this game. I find all that stuff(like shaking the pad & waving it about) just a silly waste of time really

Me and my girlfriend both love Tearaway. Very tempted to get this should it be made available for the UK
@Carl-G I expect that to be a massive feature of the game based on what we've seen so far. The main draw of the Vita version was all the clever ways the game had you interact with it physically using the functions of the Vita, so don't expect the PS4 version to be any different!
As for the SE not coming to the UK, I live in Guildford so I might just camp outside the Media Molecule doors until they give me one to go away!
Wish there was an option of Atoi as well! Adore this game and would absolutely buy this - really looking forward to the PS4 version!

That is what u said since 2012 I was to stuck on Nintendo for years.I had many chances and I finally decided to get one for my birthday.it is not if you want one just go for it.
