If the constant stock shortages weren't evidence enough, Fallout 4's pip-boy collector's edition has been in incredibly high demand ever since it was revealed at E3 2015. The package, which comes with a wearable pip-boy casing that you could use to hold your smartphone, has been removed from sale following the news that its manufacturer simply can't make any more.

"We reached a point where we'd go back to the factories and they were like, 'guys, this is it, sorry. This is as long as we can run the lines and as many of them as we can make," Bethesda's Pete Hines told GameSpot. He goes on to say that the manufacturer was already at full stretch trying to keep up with the publisher's "insane" demand, and that every pip-boy in existence has been pre-ordered at this point - now that's impressive.
