Always so smug

Yu-Gi-Oh! fans rejoice: Yugi, his crazy hair, and all of his buddies are bringing the art of the duel to PlayStation 4 this summer. The game, which is entitled Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist, was outed just a little while back via the German rating classification board, but now, much like the summoning of Exodia, the title's official.

The release will be available via the PlayStation Network, and we know it'll be priced at $19.99 in North America, but we're still waiting on European confirmation. As for what the game's about, it obviously features the franchise's titular monster-based card game, and you'll be partaking in some of the most famous duels from the series thanks to an 'elite dueling program simulation'. Who knows, you might even get to make Kaiba jump to his death this time around.

It won't just be the first series that the title covers, however, as you'll be able to relive battles all the way up to Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL. The release will sport over 6,600 different cards, and you'll also be able to duel other players online. Sounds like a pretty robust package, then, disregarding the mention of plenty of downloadable content being available at launch. Eep.

Does this sound like your kind of thing? Do you still get your deck out and give it a little shuffle now and again? Deal us a good hand in the comments section below.
