Witcher 3 Chort

Oh dear, this is what you get for slaughtering innocent herbivores. An exploit in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that was used by many players in order to rack up some serious dosh, you could repeatedly kill a respawning group of cattle and sell their hides during your time in an early area of the game. However, with the title's latest update, developer CD Projekt Red has most likely put an end to such morally corrupt escapades.

Where the cows once grazed, there's now a big, angry chort waiting for unsuspecting adventurers. The beast's extremely high level, meaning that you'll either need some impressive skill, or some incredible luck to bring it down playing as a lower level Geralt.

To be honest, we love fixes like this, and we'd really like to know how many people this particular tweak has already caught out. Have you been making use of naughty exploits? Is your sleep filled with guilt-ridden bovine-based nightmares? Flee into the comments section below.

[Update] Push Square user milerno91 actually managed to capture footage of the monster, which we've now embedded so that you can feel the fear for yourselves.
