There are quite a few blockbusters heading your way on PlayStation 4 over the next year or so. Fortunately, Sony seems to recognise this, so it's slapped together a trailer that includes the likes of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, Batman: Arkham Knight, and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
And in truth, it's not a bad line-up. There's little doubt that we'll see more of the aforementioned titles at E3 2015, but until then, this video proves to be a decent way to conjure some hype. Which games are you most excited for? imagine that Kaz Hirai is playing the trailer's electric guitar in the comments section below.

@BLPs inaccurate.
Correcting for Sony - Will be on the PS4, someday, next year...
Sony recommends Sony.
This message is endorsed by Sony.
@BLPs - I think it's closer to half. I'm a big PS3 supporter, but what's fair is fair.
PS4 - No Man's Sky, Batman, Uncharted 4, Bloodbourne, Witcher 3
PS3 - GoW, Destiny, MGSV, Last of US
Tearawy was on Vita, if Tearawy has been on PS3 then it's mostly PS3 games. I don't know anything about Until Dawn.
That video makes me realize the world needs more Godzilla fans. The PS4 version is even the good one w/ vs mode and it's at retail.
And we need Punishedboss84 to post something "Greatness Waits" related.
Aren't 2 out of that three available on XB1 and PC - MGSv is also on Gen 7 consoles too... Its like saying the XB1 has the best games because it has Halo 5, Witcher 3 and The Division
@rjejr I have Godzilla PS4 Pre-ordered!
@WebHead - Well I'm glad somebody cares. I'm still debating DLing PS3 version w/o vs for $40 or waiting for a PS4, which is waiting for games w/o release dates - I'm very finicky what games I buy consoles for. Once I buy a console my variety opens up. And at this point I may wait for a slim w/ 1TB HDD. I bought a PS3 phat w/ 80Gb before the slim and was annoyed. Maybe Uncharted 4. If any game deserves a bundle it's that one.
Then I'll get Godzilla PS4 version whether I have the PS3 version or not just for the vs.
@rjejr Just get the PS4 version. It has everything the PS3 version has and more.
I feel like its all talk and no walk, and yes some of the ps4 games are also on ps3 but the point is moot.
I haven't found a reason to buy a PS4 yet, if anything I'd be likely to buy a PS3 and maybe a USED one at that. (gotta get that smexy red color some how, sony sucks at giving us color options like Big N did with the Wii, and now Wii U. M$ is good at giving color choices)
@Reverandjames LOL

The Best is Yet to Come...
3 months ago, In Feburary 2015, Xenoverse launched, Greatness already arrived. A few days ago, The Witcher III launched, Greatness arrived then...
Greatness is on PS4, unless you choose to be picky.
Not true as of yet, the mega drive,snes,ps1,ps2, xbox360 and n64 had better games. But bring out streets of rage 4 and a new dizzy game and you got a deal.
If your debating about getting a ps4 do yourself a favour and buy one. The games are getting started and no mans sky is gonna fry your Swede.
SONY are right
PS4 library has gotten a TON better over the last year or so.
And maybe it's because I missed a lot of these remasters, but I'm very satisfied with the selection of games I have on the system.
Must have missed the news that Mario Kart 8 and Bayonetta 2 had come out on PS4. Thought there would have been more of a fuss about that...
@Punished_Boss_84 - Is that Aquaman or Kurt Cobain? Or Kurt Cobain playing Aquaman? Hard to tell fomr such a tiny pic.
And DBZ should have been in there w/ Godzilla. Sony is a Japanese company that suffers from too much self loathing. They don't even have a Hello Kitty game.
@WebHead - "Just get the PS4 version."
But that might be a year from now and my birthday is in July. Not sure I can wait that long.
PC has the best exclusives, the most of them and the best multiplatform version of EVERY. SINGLE. GAME. (And i also can work on it lol)
PS4 its pretty good though, i like it. i have fun on it (Just like in my WiiU)
@rastamadeus
I'd substitute Mario Kart 8 (found it pretty overrated if I'm honest) with Mario 3D World but either way, your point stands. Neither Sony or MS can claim to have 'all' the best, when Nintendo games can't be played on the PS4 or Xbox One. Nintendo misses out on a ton of great games as well though. But I also don't see Nintendo talk itself up as much as the other two. Which is probably should seeing as it has some of the highest rated games. Nintendo's advertising is virtually non-existent in North America though, same with Sony in regards to Vita. One thing I'll give MS, it never releases a product without the world knowing about it.
@JaxonH
Outside of a few bright spots (inFamous: Second Son in the first part of the year, Forza Horizon 2 and Sunset Overdrive at the end), last year wasn't too good. I'd say this year though, even with the silly amount of remasters, it's been much better. I was surprised how much I like Resident Evil Revelations 2. Mortal Kombat X is great and though I can't say for sure since I haven't played them, it seems Bloodborne and The Witcher 3 turned out to be awesome, thankfully. Now it's up to Arkham Knight to keep that rolling next month, assuming Rocksteady can hit a deadline sometime this generation.
@Wesker Dunno what you're laughing about, but the Wii U does have more exclusives. Quality is a matter of opinion, but Nintendo's library is far stronger, IMO.
@Kage_88
Even if somebody is like me and they don't care for many of Nintendo's exclusives outside of the Mario platformers, Zelda and Smash, I still don't think there's a question who has the best exclusives.
Right now it's Sony 3 (inFamous: Second, Bloodborne, MLB The Show series), MS 3 (Titanfall, Forza Horizon 2, Sunset Overdrive) and then with Nintendo it's pretty crazy. Mario 3D World, Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, Pikmin 3, Mario Kart 8, Smash Bros. Wii U, Wonderful 101, New Super Mario Bros. U, Bayonetta 2. Soon Devil's Third, Xenoblade Chronicles X and Splatoon, maybe Star Fox this year. That's a hell of a list, but unfortunately, just like the N64 days, Nintendo misses on every big third party multiplat, and whether hardcore Nintendo guys like it or not, that is a big deal. We can go on all day about the f ups of Ubisoft, EA, Activision, Sega, Bethesda, WB, Capcom, etc, but many of them still make good games and ones that sell, so no matter how much people b*tch, some of those companies must be doing something right. Hopefully with NX, Nintendo finds a way to get third parties back, even if it's not all of them, just get most of them. It would be huge to see Fallout and GTA on the same console as Mairo, Zelda and Metroid.
Man I hate to be that guy but most of these are ports or 3rd party games.
But nice try Sony.
@Bad-MuthaAdebisi
Agree 100% on that. This is worse than 'Wii would like to play.' And that says a lot.
@rjejr
A knife, a red arm and silenced pistol. September 1st 201V.
Wii U has by far the most, best, exclusives atm. I love my PlayStation but it's got a long way to catch up yet.
Wii U rules both best games and exclusives, right now
@Gamer83 I agree. I prefer to look at Nintendo consoles and PS/Xbox as two sides of the same coin. Sure, the former doesn't get a lot of 3rd party titles - but at the same time, the latter don't have all the unique games that can only be played on Nintendo.
I dunno if the whole 3rd party situation will improve with NX - but as long as Nintendo (and it's partners) continue pumping out quality games, then I'll be a happy camper. Both Wii U and 3DS are more than enough for a busy chap like myself - adding PC, Xbox and Playstation is almost overkill!
Picked-up The Witcher 3 just now so will be playing it over the weekend, this was one of the games I couldn't wait for. The others are Batman: Arkham Knight, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, God Of War 3,Uncharted 4: A Thief's End & Street Fighter V.
@Gamer83
"But I also don't see Nintendo talk itself up as much as the other two."
Well, of course. The ones who brag about something are usually the insecure ones.
And yes, as a whole PS4 has many great games, but a lot of those can be found in other platforms (including Sony ones). As usual, the one I want the most is the one most faraway (Uncharted 4). So as anybody must know by now, put me in the "I will stick to my Wii U" bandwagon.
The only game I care about at this moment in time is The Witcher 3. I can't stay off it, it's bloody amazing!
@Punished_Boss_84 - Sorry, couldn't tell w/o the eye patch (OK maybe I knew.) And it's kind of a subtle pic, I would think this would be more your style. Too much?
@rjejr
Not exactly dinner inviting material, is it? Don't worry an avi change is incoming.
@Gamer83 I loved Mario Kart 8, exceptional fun. I despised the Wii edition and this just felt like they thought 'You know what? Games are meant to be fun'. More developers could do with remembering that and also learning from decently priced and very fair DLC. In the two DLC packs so far we've gotten around half a game extra, for £11. Arkham Knight's on the other hand... To be fair, we've not seen it yet and it could surprise us all and be tens of hours long but I doubt it will come anywhere close to justifying the price.
@rastamadeus
It wasn't a bad game but I didn't enjoy Mario Kart 8 as much as many of the past ones. Don't know why. The Wii edition is actually one of my favorites. Playing with regular controls, obviously, I tried the steering wheel and it was garbage. I don't know, I feel like I'm different from a lot of Nintendo fans in that I thought the Wii was a great system, my favorite from the company since SNES. Wii U is just barely ranks ahead of my least favorite, which was Gamecube. And I liked a lot of Wii entries in popular series better than the Wii U ones. For example, Super Mario 3D World is awesome, but I still slightly prefer the two Galaxy games.
As far as Arkham Knight's DLC. I plan to get the game day one, but not the DLC. The Witcher 3, a massive RPG, is going to have two big expansions for a total of $25. There's no way the DLC for an action game will come close to offering what those expansions will and it certainly won't be worth $40. Batgirl is one of my favorite superheroines though so I'm hoping the DLC that includes her will be sold standalone for $10 or $15. That's pricey too, for one piece of content, but I'd make an exception to get her story arc.
@Punished_Boss_84 - "an avi change is incoming."
Very nice. I'll shut up now.
