Right now, you can take part in Square Enix's official player survey, in which the company asks what your gaming habits are, what gaming sites you visit, and what games you'd like to see the Japanese publisher produce in the future.
Of course, we already bet that it's swamped in requests for a Final Fantasy VII remake, but we're going to tempt you to write that down anyway. You can also tell it that you don't visit any site other than Push Square, because, as we already know, you lot only spend time with us and no one else, right? Right?
Being an official survey, your opinions may hold some weight, so feel free to demand just about any title that you're desperate for, and you never know - something might happen further down the line.
What will you be wishing for? Is the weather starting to look a little Cloud-y? Act like a spoiled child in the comments section below.

I mentioned KH3 Wii U and Dragon Quest 7/10 localisation, never was a fan of Final Fantasy.
I just kindly asked for them to release both FFVII HD Remake and FFXII HD Remaster.
Am I the only one that doesn't think a FFVII remake would be the greatest thing ever? Sure, it'd be great to see a classic reborn for a new generation, but it still wouldn't capture that PS1 era style and it'd only be new for so long.
If it were to be made, I'm sure it'd be great, but I think that upcoming FF game will be better than a FFVII remake would have been.
Even better. I asked them to make a Secret of Mana sequel in the vein of the original. I'd like that much more than a new final fantasy, even though I'm super pumped for FFXV.
I agree with DHW, FF VII WAS THE STAR OF PS1 era gaming and to have it stay that way would not only honour the franchise but also preserve the feelings produced by such a beautiful game, a pure piece of gaming history.
Couldn't care less what SellOutEnix make.
@DHW been saying this for a while. Tbh it'd come out and either they'd not change much and people would complain about it not being up to date enough, or they'd bring it more in line with current gen gaming and people would moan it had been changed too much!
I don't have the slightest interest on a FFVII remake either. It's like asking for a remake of Citzen Kane or A Clockwork Orange. Masterpieces are relevant because of the environment on which they were made; it's their time in history that makes them so special. Leave the classics be, revisit them in their former glory and be glad that they could only be made at that special moment in time.
About the survey, and contradicting everything I said so far: ASK FOR THE LOCALIZATION OF DRAGON QUEST VII'S REMAKE EVERYONE!
Ask for a PS4 remaster of Dragon Quest VIII, I think you all mean.
Ask for more dragon quest instead.
How do you get onto the survey? I've clicked the ff7 link and that took me to the game page and the survey monkey link started asking for loads of personal information.
I must be one of the few that doesn't want a FFVII remake because it's fine as it is
plus 90% of fans are looking at FFVII through rose tinted specs, there have been better FF games than VII that deserve a remake more IX for example
a full remake would just change to much and it just wouldn't be the same game, yes it may have the same characters and story but the game itself would be different
if they kept the battle system and gameplay intact and just changed the graphics people would moan about it being old and them not changing enough but if they chaged it up people would moan about it not being the same it's a lose-lose situation
besides as they would not be able to use any of the original FFVII assets they would have to start again from scratch it would cost far to much
besides who wants to live in the past consumers moan about all the remakes and remasters being done nowadays then they sit there going "i want a FFVII remake" seems a bit hypocritical to me
I think Square should leave it be and look to the future for Final Fantasy not the past and I can't wait for Final Fantasy XV
Final Fantasy VI and VII remakes and Bravely Second western release date.
I asked for a variation of VII not a re release like what they've been doing
Give us DQX :/
I already did this survey, asked for a true FF7 remake and Dragon Quest 7 on 3DS in NA.
I think what we all want is a new Brave Fencer Musashi.
Square Enix forget about PS Vita in their survey again.. apparently Nintendo DS is still more relevant than PS Vita... Yeah, I'm butthurt.
They only thing I would ask for is to not have DS exclusive games. I dont like that system and I really want to play some of the handheld Square Enix games.
@FullbringIchigo I think IX is one of the worst FF games. I would rather them remake almost anything else.
@Gamer83 This!!!
The game has so much potential and can expand to Zelda-esque like epic-ness. I thoroughly enjoyed the one on PS1. Played that one to death.
Either that, or another Vagrant Story or Xenogears
@Gamer83 Ding ding ding! Give this man the prize!
I'd really love a new game in the Chrono-series. Only having Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross has just never been enough.
Out of anything I'd take a FFXII remaster. The game was released right at the end of the PS2's shining era before the PS3 came out so was either unnoticed or vastly underappreciated.
It doesn't need a remake, I'd like to see it remastered in higher definition though. I know that's happening, and I'm glad, but I want to see it in SUPER high-def with gorgeous pre-rendered back grounds.
@thedevilsjester well to each their own but I was just trying to point out there are other FF games that deserve remake more than VII
besides if Square want to re-release or re-make any series it should be Dragon Quest
Ouch! The vita wasn't even listed as a console which you can own :S
@ShogunRok best game on ps2
They shouldn't remake the story. Just leave everything exactly the same. Remaster graphics, voices, cut scenes etc. It wont surpass the classic, But it would be interesting to see.
final fantasy X-3 or another dragon quest game.
I honestly did not ask for a remake of VII, but what I did ask for was to keep their next title simple like VII was. I praised their love for evolving their games, but i also said that what they are evolving is wrong. Final Fantasy will NEVER be a button smashing title..that is blasphemy in my eyes. I the best thing about VII IMO is Materia and that Materia system. Quick, Easy, Fun, Diverse, now the next game couldnt be Materia per say but i think fans would love a new generation game thats easy to learn but hard to master, ATB/Turn Base/ and beautiful like XV is.
Would anyone else like to see a new Final Fantasy Tactics? On console too, not just handheld. Think in the vein of Disgaea, but with the FFT style.
Also, I would LOVE to see a new Brave Fencer Musashi like @Gamer83 and @Kage_88 But I want it to be more like the original and a little less like Samurai Legend, not that that game wasn't really cool.
As for FF VII remake, absolutely. I know it would cost millions, I know it could never live up to hype, I know I don't want them to change anything and yet I want everything to be updated, but just do it damn it. As long as it was the original game, even just with updated graphics, I would be supremely happy with it. Definitely my favorite FF game. I don't see how fans and reviewers could criticize them for making the exact same game with new graphics when that is what everyone is asking for!
Seriously? I'm the only one that will demand that Luminous Engine where i was amazed with that trailer, that thing looked like a mixture of Parasite Eve and Final Fantasy. I really will die if i see this a real game:
