Light up, light up

Aside from having a fantastic name, White Night is shaping up to be something rather special. The latest in a long line of old-school survival horror games announced for the PlayStation 4, this monochrome indie excursion will whisk you away to a deserted mansion from 3rd March in North America and 4th March in Europe.

The game's set in the 1930s, and sees you assume the role of a hatted hero who finds himself, quite literally, alone in the dark. The title's being made by OSome Studio, a start-up made up of ex-Eden Games employees, who, of course, worked on the almost-awesome Alone in the Dark reboot for the PlayStation 3.

The title's won various indie game prizes over the years, and you'll be able to find out why in just over a month's time. The release will set you back £11.99, but there's no word on a North American price just yet. Do you think that you can take the tension? Try not to scream in the comments section below.
