Building upon Toukiden: The Age Of Demons' already solid foundation, Toukiden: Kiwami introduces several new weapon types and battle styles that you can apply to your custom character.
Along with heavy clubs and a polearms, you can even equip a rifle if you're feeling particularly lucky, and judging from the video that we've embedded, they all seem pretty fresh and fun to use. As for new battle styles, support allows you to buff up your allies, while plunder makes it easier to lop off the limbs of giant oni. And, of course, this means that there are now even more Mitama -- spirits of historical warriors -- to discover and collect.
We're liking the way that the not-quite-a-sequel is shaping up, and we reckon the new options should add further longevity to the release when you decide to team up with other players and go on the hunt. Smash, slice, and shoot your way into the comments section below.

I can't deal with the same freaking bosses over and over, forget this game.
I liked the game, but some of the bosses were pretty annoying, I don't think I could muster the will to play through it again...with new classes and content.
@NomNom If you're worried about playing through the same story to get to the new stuff, don't fret — you can carry over your save from the first game.
@ShogunRok It's a shame they couldn't just add this content as DLC for the vita users. It isn't like we would see a radical improvement on gameplay and story.
I just want the premium box for vita :/
