Originally appearing in Square Enix's most recent Active Time Report livestream, this trailer's bound to drum up some hype for Final Fantasy XV.
We don't say that lightly, either, as this look at the game's dynamic wildlife is fantastic from start to finish. Many titles have tried to create believable, living ecosystems, but we dare say few have looked as promising as this. The video covers different times of day, and how monsters, peaceful or otherwise, go about their business as the sun rises and falls.
Predators hunt their prey, herds of less threatening beasts roam the grasslands, and a gang of guys with immaculate hair run about killing everything in sight. The circle of life, and all that.
The best part is that this is titled 'Volume 1', so we can only assume that there are more informative little trailers on the way. Has this particular look got you eager to jump into the release's rather good looking world? Watch out for creepy creatures the comments section below.

Honestly, I love it when games do stuff like this. Makes the world that much more engrossing.
I WANT IT NOW.
I'm super excited for this!
Nice... Now where is the cool gameplay ? Because last trailer could not be more boring
Absolutely incredible. I love the designs and animations - that Luminous Engine is really something.
Niceeee!
That white lion-tiger-bull-giant looking beast (solid muscle), seems like a near instant, one-hit kill. Let the pain begin.
Great trailer, I hope it isn't just another version of 13s open area (chapter 12 I think). It would be nice if these areas interlocked and you had some cities and villages scattered around. It does look great, fingers crossed we get a next gen cactuar!
@themcnoisy Nobody cares about cactuars anymore.
@Gemuarto That's the most horrible thing anyone has ever said. How can you not care about cactuars? They would be great in the ff15 eco system. The cactuar is one of the best mini boss characters of ff alongside the tonberry.
@Gemuarto I do.
