We would have advised against putting down the cash for Assassin's Creed Unity when it launched, given its myriad technical issues, but Ubisoft's sandbox romp is currently going for a much more agreeable price on Amazon.co.uk, especially since a slew of patches have largely fixed a lot of the aforementioned problems.
You can nab the historic title for just £25, which is about half of the original price. These Amazon deals tend to come and go quickly, and with little warning, so if you're curious enough, you'd best hurry while the offer still stands. Have you been awaiting such a deal? Thanks for the mention @ShogunRok, glad I could be of service! The only downside is that, having recently splashed out on DriveClub, Second Son and other minor purchases, I'm not actually in a position to take advantage of the low price myself!
@SteveButler2210 These Amazon deals tend to just appear out of nowhere!
Picked it up in Amazons Christmas sale for £22!!
It's been this price for the last month on and off at various retailers, big sign of the game under-preforming (which I'm happy to see considering how rushed the launch was)
1 trophy away from my platinum. Fans of the series should check it out if you haven't.
@ShogunRok Yeah, from what I can gather I think it is when they have been asked to price match another retailer - they will match it and the price will stay for maybe a day or two before they put it back up to the normal price. There was an article on PSLS last week I think as Amazon US had slashed 3 or 4 high profile games. Get em while they're hot I guess!
Seen it for £20-£25 before Christmas.
