Sony may not have cut the price of the PlayStation 4 like its closest competitor, but retailers are doing their best to make the next-gen console seem like good value at its original $399.99 asking fee. Amazon.com is the latest to amp up the manufacturer's offering, tossing in a free year's subscription to PlayStation Plus alongside the console and a copy of The Last of Us Remastered.
If you consider that premium memberships are required to play online, that's a solid saving of $49.99 right off the bat. Moreover, with all of the complimentary games that come with the popular service, you're going to be feeling the benefits of this freebie for quite some time. Has this promotion convinced you to cough up for a new console? Add to your basket in the comments section below.

I FINALLY found a job so if everything goes well this will be mine... Just got to catch up on some bills and save up first.
@Splat Lucky dog. Full time or part time? I am still losing the battle I had take my '89 Chevy Blazer off the road and don't know what to do. I'm very much under water at 38 years old. Anyway, it will be sometime before I get a PS4... feels like if ever. I have been selling more stuff than usual on eBay to make money.
@EyeDeeNO76 - It's part time that will hopefully turn in to full. I feel for you. This is the longest I have went with out having a job. I looked and looked and looked some more before this came about.
