Bandai Namco recently sent out its North American team to interview Dragon Ball Xenoverse's developers at Japan's Jump Festa 2015, and the result is the rather insightful video that we've embedded.
Sporting a spot of new in-game footage and some fresh story details, it's well worth a watch if you're interested in the upcoming brawler. Altering Dragon Ball history as we know it, bad guy Raditz is able to dodge Gohan's pivotal tackle with the help of his mysterious new 'villainous' energy, and so your own custom character is called into the fray to set the timeline straight. It certainly looks like an interesting approach to a tale that's been told countless times before, and with a little luck, the mechanic will make the final release stand out from the crowd.

This game looks great.
The single player campaign for this game looks amazing
The online proportions however don't (based off the beta testing at least, that may change in time)
Dang it now I have to get the day one edition ....
