Don't worry if you had a bad year, because 2014 is now old hat β and the coming months are looking way more exciting anyway. In order to usher in the New Year, Sony has released a funky PlayStation 4 trailer which focuses on some of the forthcoming 'console exclusives' due out in 2015. Clever wording aside, this is looking like quite the lineup.
Throughout the video, you'll spot smaller scale releases such as RIME and The Witness, alongside big budget blockbusters like Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and Bloodborne. Perhaps the best thing about this clip is that there's something for everyone β seriously, we'd be amazed if you didn't see at least one game that you're looking forward to.
And the impressive thing is that this is just the tip of the iceberg. There are tons of third-party titles also in the pipeline, as well as more indie games than we dare to count. And with the PS4 now already established in the market place, we'd be positively shocked if the manufacturer didn't have a dozen or so more titles to unveil over the course of the year.
We hope that you've been saving...

Volume, Rime, Tearaway, Alienation and Uncharted 4, but where is my Ratchet & Clank, the release wasn't in 2015?
@ferrers405 I believe they said "first half of 2015", and that hasn't changed to my knowledge. I guess they can't show it in this video because we still haven't actually seen it yet. I can't wait for that either, though.
@BLPs I doubt it's been cancelled. I agree with you that something's going on behind-the-scenes, though, as I thought this was a shoo-in for PlayStation Experience. Could be any number of things - maybe the movie's been delayed, or perhaps the game was coming along so well they wanted to push it into the fall.
I agree with you, though, we are due new details on this.
I can't wait for rime
Counting the days to Bloodborne launch
Huh, I did not know of some of these titles beforehand (or was aware of footage): Alienation, Edith Finch or Fat Princess...
Okay, 2015 ahem 'exclusives' are rated better, now we just need PS2, Ratchet & Clank: Redux and something something Guardian to be shown off (I have faith in the first two).
i wish kingdom hearts 3 would hit this year...dunno when that'll arrive..
That Finch murder thing was all thst caught my eye. Such the pessimist
No mans sky still intrigues me
@BLPs to be fair, they didn't show killing floor2, mlb the show15, hell blade(timed exclusive) etc. I just think they might've left it out... No need to panic, @_@ , I hope?!?
@arnoldlayne83 can't wait for Bloodborne! One of my top 5 most wanted games for this year.
Only Game there is "No Mans Sky" I read somewhere that rumored "Borderlands Remastered" for Next Gen.....
Honestly still a whole lot of meh with the exception of Uncharted 4, which isn't a guarantee for 2015. Bloodborne will be great, unfortunately it's just not a game I think I could get into. That's it though, those two games. It disappoints me that a port of a 2013 Vita game is one of the better PS4 'exclusives' on the list. Maybe if I cared more about indies it'd be more exciting but it is what it is. At least this year the third party multiplats should be much better and hopefully devs learned some things from the way Ubisoft f'ed up some of its games this past year.
i'm actually more excited about Rime and the Tomorrow children than
the big AAA games.
i hope bloodborne isn't at a stupid difficulty level, i wanna good challenge
without frustration taking away the enjoyment. not all of us are gaming gods.
@Gamer83 Yeah, the multiplats are where it's at. Bloodborne isn't for me either- just a sickening amount of blood and gore. But I never really was a fan of Sony exclusives- it's the multiplats and 3rd party exclusives that make the system shine. Don't get me wrong, there's a few 1st party titles that I like and find interesting, but to me they're more of a bonus- icing on the cake if you will.
No doubt 2015 is going to be a great year one way or another though. Dragon Age Inquisition, Infamous and Far Cry 4 made 2014 worthwhile to me, and I'm sure 2015 will have it's own gems to match.
Dlc for dragon age please baha
I'm looking forward to playing these twelve 2015 PS4 exclusives eventually.
Bloodborne
Deep Down
Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force
Hellblade
Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II
No Man's Sky
Persona 5
Ratchet & Clank (2015 reboot)
Silent Hills
The Order: 1886
Uncharted 4: A Thiefβs End
Until Dawn
vanishing of ethan carter looks awesome, as well as rime, and darn nabbit i NEED to know what the rapture is all about already!!!!. alienation!!! and ill see what people think about until dawn, though seeing that its a horror game ill probably get it right away. im mostly very happy with ps4 so far except in the fighting game category. us fighters need some fighters. and not just the jugglefest that is most fighters these days but some new IPs, something to tide me over until.......STREETFIGHTER V!!!. cant wait to see what cool indies come out and am just DYING to find out more about silent hills. still awaiting fallout4 announcement.......HURRY UP! edit* OH! and dying light!
@BLPs Insomniac has said it's coming in 2015 but to ignore rumours that it is a spring release, I also tweeted them personally and they said information for the Ratchet & Clank re-imagining will be given "Soon enough".
So I am guessing at the earliest a June/July release.
I'm excited for all these games but would love an announcement of a Driveclub sequel in the works , they must surely rue the day they agreed to give Sony a demo for PS+ .
Only Uncharted and maybe Rime interest me.
Uncharted 4 is nowhere near enough to warrant buying a PS4. Especially when it sneakily could have been built for PS3 and was obviously pushed forward as a PS4 only title to help push the console
Bloodborne, hellblade, rime, and persona5 are the big ones for me so far.
10 out of those 15 for me. Plus, undoubtedly, some others that are yet to be announced.
I can see I'll be plenty entertained in the coming months.
I am gonna be so broke this year.
