"I've got my eye on you"

Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition is mere days away, and in order to drum up some hype, developer Blizzard has released this nifty new trailer on the PlayStation Blog which shows off the title's new social shenanigans. As the studious staffers attempt to explain, the updated version of the title features several systems which will allow you to share items with your friends.

However, if you're feeling a little less charitable, you can also use the nemesis function, which beefs up enemies that you've fought and then sends them hurtling through a mysterious portal into your compatriot's game. If your peer manages to slay the monster, you'll both be rewarded with loot. If they don't, the cycle will continue. While we think that this is a neat idea, it does have the potential to become frustrating, so we're hoping that the upgraded dungeon crawler will allow you toggle it on and off.

Will you be picking up Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition when it launches in a few day's time, or did you already play the game on PlayStation 3? Level up in the comments section below.
