Ubisoft’s ambitious open world racer The Crew will take a tour of the United States from 11th November, the French firm confirmed during its E3 2014 media briefing. The publisher revealed the date alongside a moody time lapse trailer, showing the journey from Miami to Los Angeles in approximately 113 seconds. If only real life travel was as fast.
In addition to the release date, flamboyantly dressed creative director Julian Gerighty revealed that the PlayStation 4 title’s closed beta will begin on 23rd July. With Sony and MS both set to release racing games this holiday I'd be kind of surprised to see this one actually release in 2014, but I guess we'll see. It has a chance to be much better than DriveClub and Forza Horizon 2.
