It’s hard to believe that Diablo III was announced for the PlayStation 4 during the platform holder’s next generation unveiling over a year ago. In that time, we haven’t heard a whole lot about the hack-‘n’-slash hit’s Ultimate Evil Edition, which will compile the core campaign with its Reaper of Souls expansion pack. Fortunately, it seems that the favourite is set to step out of the shadows at PAX East next month.
World of Warcraft creator Blizzard has confirmed that the re-release will be on display at the Boston show, which is set to take place between 11th April and 13th April. Attendees will not only have the opportunity to accrue some sick drops, but also the chance to chat with the developer from 10:00AM right through until 18:00PM local time. If anyone can coax a release date out of the company, you can have our ultra-rare in-game armour.
Are you still looking forward to the PS4 port of the popular PC game, or have you already had your fill of mindless dungeon crawling on the PlayStation 3? Carve out a response in the comments section below.

Looking forward for this so much
I want this on PS3 so bad...
Will play RoS on PC but will buy the PS4 version as well to play Diablo on 55" instead of a 22" PC screen. And I prefer a controller above a mouse and keyboard for Diablo 3.
I can't wait to play this game. Couch coop is gonna be some good fun around here.
@Bliquid There has been no information, official or otherwise that hints at an Xbox One release, so its either not going to happen or has a timed exclusive. The former could be a result of D3 sales on the 360 vs PS3 (if there is a dramatic difference) or it could be a result of the current and project sales of the Xbox One vs the PS4. If its the latter it could be that Sony paid for exclusivity (they don't do this very often anymore, so its not likely), or maybe working with MS on the 360 version left a sour taste with Blizzard? Its nothing but speculation at this point though.
@get2sammyb: They had a playable version at Blizzcon last November and it looked great. I didn't get to play it myself but I watched the whole convention on PPV.
@Bliquid: I know that at Blizzcon when the had a playable version of Diablo III on the PS4 One of the developers said at this time they have no plans to bring it to Xbox One. They said of course that could all change but that's up to MS and just left it at that.
@Kohaku: I agree I have Diablo III on the PC only cause I got it for free but I prefer the controller way over the mouse.
@CraZed: Agreed sadly couch coop is the only way my son and I can play the game since we only have one computer.
@Bliquid: Ok well an edit to my previous comment. I guess according to this article

There is an Xbox One version in development but they are not sure if it will ever be released.
This is actually one of the games I'm most looking forward to on Ps4. I've still yet to try it but I thought I'd wait it out once the Ps4 version was announced. Been a little tough tho with how well the Ps3 version turned out
