Award-winning episodic developer Telltale Games could be conjuring up a new series based on George R.R. Martin’s uber-popular Game of Thrones franchise. In a report slightly less fantastical than the property itself, IGN claims that “multiple sources” have confirmed the tidbit, even if the studio itself is refusing to comment on the speculation.
"We get these sorts of rumours about what we could be working on next cropping up all of the time," a company spokesperson told the website. "Officially we have no comment." However, last month the firm told the very same publication that it “can’t wait” to reveal the licenses that it’s tackling next, as it has access to a few brands that “fall into our dream intellectual property scenario”.
The developer’s currently got its slate full with the second season of The Walking Dead and the recently premiered The Wolf Among Us in its portfolio. Personally, we’d like to see the studio turn its hand to Downton Abbey next, but we suspect that the chances of that are slim to none. Shame.

Not read the books, dont like the cheesey tv series. I have a major feeling this will be a flop, please prove me wrong. What would sell like hot cakes is giant merge of all soaps and turn all the characters into zombies.
Cheesy TV show? I don't think we watched the same show?
This has made my day. Game of Thrones is fantastic, and the books are even better.
Telltale, Telltale, (BTTF, TWD, Fable and now GoT), I'm super excited!
@RyoHazuki i don't... i don't even.......
Anyways, so pumped for this! there is so much material to work with here!
This would be great. Hopefully it will have all the "goods" that the tv show has as shown by the pic
