It looks like an infant armed with a tub of crayons designed the cover for Final Fantasy XI: Seekers of Adoulin. The title – which could well be the last PlayStation 2 game ever released – is due out on 27th March in Japan. It’s the fifth expansion for Square Enix’s popular online adventure, and marks the MMO’s tenth anniversary in the spotlight.
If you find yourself in need of a console ahead of the title’s release, you should probably do something about it – there may not be a new system to buy in the coming weeks. Sony announced recently that it had shipped the last batch of PS2s in its home region. Dark days.

What remains to be seen is what will be the last PAL PS2 game. Till now it is Pro 2013 and I got it for historical reasons, it was very cheap. I don't think we will see another one expect only Pro or Fifa 14.
@belmont From what I've heard, Pro Evo and FIFA still sell really well on PS2 and PSP in some European territories.
Come on, guys, it's not that bad. At least not when compared to THIS:

@fchinaski They're on a par!
Hmm there is still ps2 available else where
I actually like that artwork. It always saddens me that Square Enix doesn't use that traditional japanese style for the new FF's.
It's not the best, it's not the worst. I give it a positive meh!
Sounds like people need to move on to the Next gen already
