Sony is rounding out God of War: Ascension’s multiplayer beta with an open invitation to all PlayStation Network users. Throughout the course of the holiday weekend, those of you in North America will be able to partake in the goriest battle since the start of Gangs of New York. There’s no need for a PlayStation Plus subscription, all you need to do is redeem the code posted on the PlayStation Blog.
Once downloaded, you’ll find plenty to sink your sword into. The beta currently includes four modes and two maps, in addition to a wealth of weapons and items from the final game. After playing thoroughly, I can truly say I -HATE- the free for all mode, but the Team game was a lot of fun~
I think that multiplayer is very unbalanced... =)... And lack of female characters... Maybe this game isn't made for me...
The lack of females isn't surprising since the industry always has a thing for white and males. Same poo over and over which is getting pretty damn old. I'm only buying this just for the campaign, could really careless about the multiplayer.
