North American PlayStation Plus subscribers will get to keep their fingers busy with The King of Fighters XIII this week, when the title is added to the service’s Instant Game Collection. The game promises a wealth of different gameplay modes, a refined engine, and 30 beautifully rendered fighters. And, yes, that monstrous roster does include Mai Shiranui.
In addition to the free game, members will also scoop a 30 per cent discount on all of the brawler's DLC, as well as significant savings on both The Revenge of Shinobi and Derrick the Deathfin. More details are available on the PlayStation Blog. As always, let us know if you’re satisfied in the comments section below.

I posted this in the forums just minutes ago.
This is one of my all-time favorite fighting games, I look forward to playing some people here. I'm not that good (I love fighters, but my short attention span keeps me from getting good at them), but since I'm assuming most of you aren't familiar with the series, that just means we'll be able to learn the game together. My PSN ID is ddydydy. Just make sure to tell me you're from Push Square if you do send me an invite.
For those who have the patence, though, a friend of mine linked me these websites, which have extensive tips on the game.
I'm pretty happy with this news. I don't have any fighting games for PS3 because they are really not my thing but have been wanting to have atleast one.
I really wish this had been ported to the Vita. I loved it on PS3, but my console was stolen months ago.
Thanks for not laughing in our faces this week, though I think we deserved it. Buletstrom and RE5 vs. NFL BLitz and KOF13.
That reminds me, the Jets are playing the Texans in a couple of hours.
