These dudes don't look pleased to see you.

If you've been having a bad day up until now, prepare to turn that frown upside down; SEGA's just announced that an updated version of House Of The Dead 3 β€” with high-definition visuals, trophies and complete PlayStation Move support β€” is set to shuffle onto the PlayStation Network from February 7th.

But as exciting as that sounds, it isn't even the best part. See, House Of The Dead 3 will be followed by the excellent House Of The Dead 4 at some point in the Spring β€” marking the first time that the rails-shooter has been ported to a home console. That's actually quite the coup for Sony.

Both titles rank amongst our favourites, so naturally we're on the verge of doing cartwheels around the office. Perhaps if these titles are successful, SEGA will consider bringing Virtua Cop and Let's Go Island onto the PSN too? Drool.
