The Assassin's Creed franchise has lost another creative director.

Just two years after the departure of series creator Patrice Desilets in 2010, Assassin's Creed: Revelations' creative director Alexandre Amancio has left Ubisoft Montreal in order to pursue a career at Canadian marketing firm, Cossette.

Amancio has been an employee at Ubisoft Montreal for seven years, serving as an art director on Far Cry 2 before landing the creative director role on last year's Assassin's Creed: Revelations.

"Video games and advertising have many common elements," he said in a press release issued by his new employer. "In both industries, we are always looking for new ways to engage the consumer to the brand."

Sounds like he's going to fit right in at Cossette.
