Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 on PS Vita is the real deal according to Capcom.

The Japanese publisher has hit back at claims that the title is basic port, talking up the game's features and "additional bells and whistles".

Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 on PS Vita includes all 50 playable characters, the full suite of console modes and options, and even the new Heroes and Heralds mode. The game also allows you to share downloadable content between the PS3 and PS Vita releases, as well as trade content between games using the Near application.

As previously revealed, you can also control the PS3 version of Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 using the PS Vita.

But that's not all. The PlayStation Vita also allows you to save and analyse replays, use the system's touch-screen and participate in online battles.

There's no denying that the game sounds like the real deal, we're just conscious of how we play fighting games. Button-bashing and expensive hardware don't go together particularly well.
