You may be fooled for thinking Final Fantasy Versus XIII has been in development for like six years
It has. But only sort of. Despite the length of the game's ridiculous development time, it's yet to actually hit full production. That is, until now. Square Enix developer Yoshinori Kitase confirmed the news during a fan meeting in Tokyo this weekend, telling fans that for Type-0 and Versus XIII we are giving 100% to development".
We reckon that means at least another two years of development. Maybe we'll get to find out what the wait was all about in 2013.
