Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Will Include LAN Support For Its Multiplayer.

Hilariously, Naughty Dog said that in order to keep working on Uncharted 3's multiplayer while the PlayStation Network was down it built a whole LAN component which will make its way into the final game.
