On 1st May Sony said some PSN features would be restored before today's date, but at the time of writing the network is still down.
Sony hasn't given any further details on a timeframe for the restoration of PlayStation Network services, but Bloomberg is reporting that the company's aim is to have the whole network up and running before 31st May.
Sony spokesperson Shigenori Yoshida stated that Sony is "uncertain when it can resume services", but reiterated the company's plan to have all services fully functional by the end of this month.

That does refer to 'full' service. Sony always said the store would be back later. This doesn't mean you won't be able to play online before then.
Yep, as the article says, "the company's aim is to have the whole network up and running before 31st May"
We shall see, I've read where one commenter on another site stated that he is adding two weeks to anything they say, Haha.
Hopefully it will make its way back up soon, and hopefully the extra time off has been utilized properly to ensure that this whole ordeal doesn't happen again. There has been loads of things thrown at Sony that are so far stretched and untrue it's disturbing, and a second issue like this would likely do them damage as a company. I don't want to see that happen!
With supporters like us Sony will get through this mess. Gamers are not patient when it comes to online gaming , i even realised how much time and boredom i spend online. But owning different consoles such as wii or xbox cures that problem , we are gamers after all.
