Accessory manufacturer Snakebyte is working hard to bring its own-brand Move controllers to market, with the company announcing they'll be shown to the public for the first time at E3 in early June.
While we expected the Move controllers this month it now seems they won't be available to buy until after June's trade show in LA.
Since we last saw the controllers they seem to have changed slightly, with a new shape to the silicone top and the addition of a separate power button too.
With the promise of a range of colours and future compatibility assured by USB ports for firmware updates, these controllers are worth keeping your (snake) eyes on.

snakebyte to Showcase its Newest Product and Packaging in West Hall Booth 5744
Hemer, Germany - April 14, 2011 – Each year E3, the most important trade show in the gaming industry, takes place at the Los Angeles Convention Center, and this year the Sunflex team will be in LA to introduce the world to their latest snakebyte branded products for the North American, European and Australian markets.
Amongst others, the following products, some of them for the very first time, are being introduced to the public at E3:
· snakebyte Mov-Con and Nav-Con
The first 100%-compatible third party controllers for Move games for the PS3 will be available as a set and in various colors.· snakebyte RE:VOLT Power Station
The clever charging dock for all PS3 Move controllers does not just charge, it also offers unique features like the multi-tap mode, additional USB ports and charging ports for PS3 controllers.
· snakebyte BluMote Unity
This universal remote control is the only device on the market that offers Bluetooth as well as IR connectivity; the PS3 and up to 6 additional hi-fi components can be controlled via IR and without dongles.

a range of colors! sounds interesting if there is blue i'll buy it
I'd be more interested in the RE:VOLT Power Station. I have a powered USB 2.0 hub with 7 additional ports, but some things, like my PSEye, don't work through it. If everything works through the Re:Volt, I'd consider it if it's around $20.
Yep I don't mind buying other brands as long as it has good build quality and is cheaper than Sony..
I tend to find most third party controllers unattractive, but that thing is just ugly! In their quest to differentiate their design from the original they've ended up with one of the worst looking third party offerings I've ever seen. For the sake of probably £10.00 difference I'd go with a Move.
Definately stick with first party Sony products for Move. Small investment but saves the headache.
