Black Ops May Have A New Setting, But It's Going To Be No Less Bombastic.

On the whole, the Call Of Duty titles typically manage that Neapolitan of experiences, without particularly shirking quality in any area.

The announcement of Call Of Duty: Black Ops' four-player co-operative mode is strengthened by Treyarch's decision to have a full, separate team devoted to multiplayer for this release - a first for the studio.

“We look at this game as like three games in one," said Treyarch's Mark Lamia, "and it is going to have that gameplay between the single-player experience and the multiplayer and the co-op… in that there is tons of replayability and there is a lot of game to be played there.

“We are confident that players are going to be very satisfied.

“Even single-player has new aspects of re-playability that weren’t in other Call of Duty games,” added community manager Josh Olin.

Sounds like Treyarch are going for the juggular with Call Of Duty: Black Ops then. It's all very exciting.
