Sony's not doing itself any favours lately. DriveClub has been delisted from the PlayStation Store (slightly too soon in some parts of the world) and is due to have its servers switched off early next year. Now, the multiplayer servers for PS3 games Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, and The Last of Us are having their plugs pulled too.
This was announced a few months back, but it'll still sting for those players that are enjoying the online side of these exclusives. We're unsure how populated each title's multiplayer offerings are, but Sony doesn't come off well -- especially as it's got a bit of a track record for doing this, these days. At least these games had a decent lifespan.
Today is the final day you can sign in to play online in this Naughty Dog trio. From tomorrow, those looking to play some Uncharted or Last of Us multiplayer will have to turn to the PS4 instead. Will you be playing these games online for one last time? Have you been playing them regularly? Form some factions in the comments below.
