And in the aftermath of Tetris Effect and Days Gone's release date, its PlayStation Countdown continues with the announcement of a brand new PS4 games. What could it be? Of course, there's no guarantee this will be a "tentpole" title like Mortal Kombat or Just Cause 4 -- it could just as easily be something on a "smaller" scale, like Tetris Effect. All we know is that it's a PS4 game from a "fan favourite" developer.

There's also the chance of Mortal Kombat 11, which has been teased a lot of late. Sony has a very close relationship with NetherRealm, so it's not out of the realm [Haha - Ed] of possibility.
