Sony managed to boost PlayStation 4 sales in Japan with its white hardware bundle, so it seems almost certain to have similar success with its impending Dragon Quest Heroes model. The reaction online since its announcement earlier in the month has been mixed, but we actually really like the silver chassis – even if the removable metal slime is a little bit silly.
As is customary for the platform holder at any convention, it’s got a sample of the unit locked away in a glass shell, and we reckon that it looks rather fetching. We haven’t been especially fond of any of the custom hard drive cover fascias that it’s produced thus far, but this is definitely the best. How well do you reckon that it will sell? We can see some seriously big numbers for this.
