We’re currently caught amid that weird period before Christmas where the industry’s trying to tuck into its mince pies, but GameTrailers TV host Geoff Keighley has other ideas for his VGX Awards event. As such, there’s a ton of 25-second teaser trailers hitting the web right now – including this predominantly pointless clip of Tom Clancy’s The Division.
According to the footage, we’re going to get a proper look at the title’s Snowdrop Engine early next week – and presumably during the abovementioned ceremony tomorrow – which will showcase what powers a “true” next-gen game. The third-person shooter looked incredible at E3 earlier in the year, but then so did Watch Dogs when it was first announced, and look what happened there.

this should be better than Watch_Dogs seeing as it's being built from the get-go for next gen only. no limitations by 360/ps3.
the division was one of the most exciting games at E3! can't wait to see more.
I'm super excited for this game. The E3 trailer sold me as the best next gen game I've seen so far.
I want to love this. If it lives up to its e3 demo when released then this is my most anticipated game for ps4. But that's a big if.
@lvnlavitaloca Clancy games are so hit and miss. I opted out of any Splinter Cell game in favor of MGS, but Rainbow Sixes are usually pretty fun. Future Soldier was a surprise freebie with Far Cry 3, but I really like his squad shooters. Here's hoping
@charlesnarles For sure, I'm a big tactical shooter fan and you don't get much of that these days. Ghost recon advanced warfighter was one of my first favorites last gen. I tend to be a fan of most of ubisoft's games- varied as they are.
It's certainly got my attention. Watching with interest. Especially how single/multi-player seem to be merged.
This is the game that sold me on PS4........
