Resident Evil 3 Remake

How do you Escape The Sewers in Resident Evil 3? Where do you find the Lab in the Sewers? We'll find out in part three of our Resident Evil 3 Walkthrough for PS4 along with How to Escape Nemesis In the Sewers.

Finding a Way Above Ground

After escaping Nemesis once again, we find ourselves in the sewer system of Raccoon City. Not the nicest place in the world, that's for sure, but at least we're still alive.

Once you regain control of Jill, head into the save room on your left and grab the Sewers Map and Red Herb inside (see also: All Herb Combinations and Their Effects).

Make a save too if you so wish. There are also Shotgun Shells and Handgun Ammo in the lockers.

Once you're stocked up and ready, leave the save room and head down the linear tunnel until you reach a small drop that the sewage flows down.

Drop down yourself and follow the path around until you reach the Office. Do not take the right-hand turn for now. Along the way you'll encounter the all-new Hunter Gammas for the first time, which can be disposed of by shooting it in the mouth once it's open and coming towards you.

It's dark down here, take your time

It takes a fair amount of ammo to down them, so be careful. Once you reach the Office, which is actually another save room, grab the MGL Grenade Launcher and Explosive B. This can be combined with another item to make rounds for the Grenade Launcher.

Exit the room and come back the way you came, this time taking the turn which will be on your next left. You'll encounter another Hunter Gamma before reaching a sewage-filled waterfall. If you choose to follow the path around, you'll find Shotgun Shells and Gunpowder (see also: All Ammo Crafting Combinations).

Finding the Lab and Battery Pack Location

Taking the path opposite to the waterfall leads to the Lab, so head there next while being wary of another Hunter Gamma waiting in the wings.

Once in the Lab, grab the Battery Pack, Gunpowder, High-Grade Gunpowder, and Green Herb. There's also a yellow padlock that can be opened with your Lock Pick. Head back to the area where you dropped down and climb the ladder next to it.

Jill needs to navigate her way through the sewers

Use the Battery Pack on the door to open it and then enter. Climb the stairs, killing the Hunter Gamma as you go, and turn to your immediate left. Here, you're going to want to get the Battery Pack back so unlock the metal gate, grab it and then use the device on the other locked door in the area.

Inside the Security Room, you'll find a Hip Pouch (see also: All Hip Pouch Locations) to further extend your inventory space, Explosive A, and Gunpowder.

Leave the room, once again grabbing the Battery Pack, and head down the tunnel you haven't explored yet. Kick the ladder down and use the Battery Pack for a final time on the door to your left.

Continue down the corridor and numerous flights of stairs before climbing the yellow ladder.

Escaping Nemesis In The Burning Building

Uh oh, Nemesis is back and it has a flamethrower. This is a recipe for disaster.

Now, you're quite obviously going to want to run in the opposite direction, avoiding the zombies as you go. This is another linear chase sequence that makes it obvious where you need to be going.

Jill has a habit of finding herself in burning building

Quickly climb the series of stairs you come across in the building you reach before using the red, wooden planks to cross the gap ahead of you.

Follow the linear path the game provided you with and you'll eventually reach an item box and a typewriter. Stock up on ammo and healing items before saving if you so desire. You've got a boss fight ahead of you.

That brings us to the end of part three of our Resident Evil 3 Walkthrough, to continue from here you need part four: Defeat Nemesis (First Encounter), Return to the Subway Station, Get To The Subway Platform
