@RR529 Ah, shoot - I missed that. Sorry, bro, I got it corrected. Yeah, the NA cover is pretty good but the Japanese one is way cooler. I also got a better grab of WotS2 in the process. I inadvertently had copied the smaller pic, the one I have there now is the full picture.

If anyone sees any mistakes on the master list of images, let me know. There are a few that are slightly out of submission order since I had to make a few corrections and replacements, but they should all be there.
@leucocyte Nope - but that shows how many games it could be and why I don't hold much hope in finding out what it was. I know it was on my Amstrad CPC464 and that it was a full price - not pocket money 'Codemaster' price game. I can even remember the shop I bought it in (no longer there) and the name was one word but wasn't written like 'text' - more like a logo. I can vaguely see the name in my mind but it was more artwork so the letters aren't clear - more a shape.
I think the character you play as is a humanoid lizard thing but that could be a suit/armour and my memory is playing up...
Anyway, this is not really on topic as I can't say for certain that the boxart would be worthy to nominate but thanks for trying.

Totally showing my age here but game covers that used to always draw me in time after time, despite the games never living up to the artwork, were the Psion games for the ZX81. Probably out of those I'd pick the Flight Simulation cover art.

@BAMozzy I am indeed a Sisters fan. Though I use the name more for the dictionary term rather than a homage to Andrew. I was definitely sleaze rather than goth, though the hairstyle was pretty interchangeable. lol Faster Pussycat did the best gig I ever saw in my life, followed closely by Cinderella. Great days.
@themcnoisy None of those. The dripping acid maybe misleading - it was more organic liquid that hurt you so you had to watch for that. I loved Game Over - another box that I remember because of the controversy over it.
All this shows is that there were so many games that were similar to each other...

@Eldritch Sleazy, big hair and Goth rock - what an era of music!! Motley Crue was one of the best Gigs I went to and GNR at Wembley at their height. Monsters of Rock in 91 was great too. Dogs D'Amour was entertaining...
