@JohnnyShoulder I'd agree, it does feel more manageable. Upgrading the armour matrix alone lets you become very powerful by the time you are doing a full run of all the biomes and you'll start to get to level 100 before you've even gone half way through, especially if you are doing the nightmare strands as well. It's still really enjoyable to power through everything but it does feel like it needs a bit of a reset on the difficulty at that point, which is where the carcosan modifiers should start coming in.

Be great to see them add an endless mode to this and perhaps don't cap the weapons. That could get really insane.

Hey guys, I just had a quick re-run of all the biomes while " taking pictures" (not really, you just have to frame them) for the added photo mode trophies. Basically it's one photo for biome. They are very self-explanatory, except the first two: (I had to look up on reddit for the second one) - in the first biome you have to frame the last archway not far away from the boss entrance lair, not the hole in the ground itself. And in the second biome you have to frame those huge excavation wheels that look like gears while they are active and spinning (eclipse).

You also need to frame 5 different alpha enemies but you will naturally encounter them while you are taking the pictures and you can easily track your progress by pinning the trophy. It keeps track.

All in all, I enjoyed this photo-safari of Carcosa and it was a fun little excuse to revisit the game and take a break from turn based rigs.

@JohnnyShoulder Congratulations! And yes, the game is truly addicting.

Never belligerent but always uncompromising.

@render That would be awesome! I can see them doing something similar like they did for Returnal.

@Nei Cheers! I did wonder about those two photos. Annoyingly I forgot to take the one at the Cathedral when the update dropped the other day and I was right by the tuning fork.

Life is more fun when you help people succeed, instead of wishing them to fail.

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.
