@Areus That's where you are wrong as not 'everyone' wants a short blast of news. I for one don't and it seems I am not the only who feels like 'is that it?' or 'was that really worth it? at the end.

@JohnnyShoulder There is also Xbox On which is equivalent to the Playstation Access. Inside Xbox is much better than equivalent 'State of Play' in my opinion. I much prefer the more in depth look at the news, the games and/or upcoming features/console updates etc.

@BAMozzy The disappointment from people is mostly about the types of games shown. If the small (indie) games excite you, then surely you will have loved this one, with the return of Wattam, et cetera.

I think nobody of those people would have liked this State of Play more, had they chosen for an in-depth look at those games.

I think the short format is really good, and I think it's what most people want. As soon as people get their expectations right, that this is for small games and the occasional big reveal, instead of a megaton, which is what many were expecting.

@Kidfried Have you ever watched Inside Xbox?? Its not just the games or calibre, they don't spend 10mins on every indie game - good or bad just to fill up an hour of worthwhile content - in fact its not just about 'games' only but everything xbox - inc updates, features etc and interviews with the people who are bringing those updates/features to Xbox to explain what to expect or even what you may need (in the case of Xcloud gaming).

Anyway, I still prefer the format of Inside Xbox compared to State of Play and if you (or others) are satisfied with the communication from Sony, then that's your opinion too...

Would love to get a confirmation that Little Devil Inside is still on track for a 2021 release.

A Horizon gameplay trailer would also be nice.

@Octane Yea, hearing something about Little Devil Inside would be great. I don't know why, but I'm worried it's not going to come out this year. It's too silent.

And showing Horizon gameplay would be a great way to close of the State of Play. But I wonder if Sony doesn't rather want to create a seperate SoP for Horizon. Showing Horizon tomorrow will steal the thunder of all those other games for sure.

@Kidfried I've been following the development of LDI for years. I don't know when they started, back in 2014/15 I believe. So another year isn't really going to make a difference to me personally.

The big State of Play reveal tomorrow isn't a game. It's actually Sony trolling the audience with another fake title for the third MCU Spider-Man film

Kena looks good. Hoping that runs well on PS4, because I'm not giving EGS my money.

Hopefully more Horizon as well. It's supposed to be coming this year.

With the new Returnal trailer, I wonder if we even get to see the game tomorrow.

@Octane I was thinking it will probably get its own SoP nearer release, like Demon's Souls and Destruction All Stars.
