I’ve been slacking. Not on purpose, mostly because my life lately has been like a FromSoftware game. No... even worse. It’s been like the Chemical Plant Zone in Sonic Mania — anytime I get a little momentum going I run into a slurry of chemically contaminated colored water and I come to a screeching halt and almost drown.

..... okay, I’m being melodramatic, but I have been a little busy. For example, the last time I was able to check Push Square this morning that article on cross-dressing in FFVII only had like 20 comments. I feel like I haven’t been on the site in a week!

So The Bourne Conspiracy. It’s not important. I almost put it as existing, but it’s aged poorly and thinking about it more. Melee is okay, simple system. Doesn’t really combo or have truly satisfying crunch. If there are multiple people around you’re trying to take down it’s uses a quick time event. You build a up a meter for instant take down as the opposes to the fist fight too. Shooting is average, lacks a big punch. Stealth is the same. It’s an okay game, fun to play once if you’re lacking other things to play, but it’s hardly a memorable experience.

Hmmm... let’s see. I’ll take a crack at a few of these:

TNA Impact! -
I was scared to search this on google given the possible other interpretations of its title, but fortunately I was taken straight to the Wikipedia page and Metacritic scores for this wrestling game based on the TNA (Total Nonstop Action) Wrestling League. The emphasis seems to be more on, well... action (go figure) and quick pace and less on submissions. That means very little to me, but it does sound a little bit unique compared to the other wrestling games. Meta of 64, lukewarm to positive reviews, I say Existing.

Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian -
I’m a big fan of the C.S. Lewis Classic book series. The movies are painfully inadequate however. And this game appears to have been a licensed cash grab, made for release in conjunction with the movie. A 56 Metacritic score isn’t exactly horrible, and reviews are extremely variable. Some compliment the game’s above average visuals and good flow while others criticize simplistic gameplay that is clearly designed for a younger audience and provides little challenge to anyone not in Elementary School. The most damning statement I came across was from PSM3 Magazine and said, “Traveller's Tales have no excuse for serving up this steaming pile of Minotaur dung.” It also seems that if you have no interest or knowledge of the Narnia storyline then you have no business playing this, which limits its potential audience greatly. Licensed games have that tendency anyways, but this seems even more dependent on pre-existing knowledge and passion for the source material
Not Important

Tornado Outbreak -
Having always been fascinated by the weather phenomenon of tornados, I researched this game. A game surrounding tornados seems to be a novel concept and I know of no other games that utilize this force of nature as a game mechanic. (Out of curiosity, do the British and European among you even have any experience with tornados? I’m pretty sure it’s a severe weather element unique to the MidWestern U.S. I can’t say I have ever heard about a tornado in Europe. Maybe Africa and Asia, but I don’t know.) Anyways, I digress...
The game is a Katamari Damacy rip-off and although it threw a few unique mechanics in there, the base gameplay is similar as far as you control a tornado and suck in earth objects to grow your size and strength. Reviews are in the 6-8 range, but the release was so small there are very few reviews out there. In the video I saw online the graphics and art looked pretty poor actually. As a simplistic budget title, I guess it is good fun for a short time, but this hardly made a dent in gaming culture and history. When some of the YouTube video only appear with the title “Forgotten Games”, you know the game is at best Not Important. I would nearly call it pointless based on that but favorable reviews (8.1 from IGN) save it from being the lowest category.
Interestingly, the development studio, Loose Cannon, appears to be created by former Sucker Punch and Vivendi employees and this I think is the only game they ever made.

7 games to go. I rated Thor as pointless. One of the worst games on PS3. I think @KALofKRYPTON pointed this out. And summer Stars 2012 which is an average game which is a ton of fun to play, I gave that existing.

Quick thoughts on Tales of Symphonia (which is called Chronicles in the West). A pretty basic HDification, this is based on the PS2 version of the original Symphonia, bringing with it some pros and cons. For the pros, it has minor bits of additional content not in the original GameCube release. It's also the first time this version was released in Europe and North America. The con is that it only runs at 30fps instead of the GameCube's 60fps. There's little in the way ot visual upgrades, but it was always quite an attractive game to begin with thanks to its chibi, thickly outlined characters and colourful world. The music is also lovely.
Also included is the Wii sequel Dawn of the New World, which I haven't yet played, but had a tepid critical reception.

Symphonia itself is often viewed as one of the best in the series, which is not a view I personally share, although it remains a fun and charming adventure despite outstaying its welcome a wee bit. The battle system - always a solid element of any Tales game - is now dated and feels a little slow particularly when held up against newer entries. There is also quite a bit or padding and backtracking in the final act of the game. Dungeon design too is hit and miss, with later dungeons being particularly irritating.
Despite these criticisms the game still has all the usual charms of Tales, with lots to enjoy for fans of the series. It's comfort gaming. I recommend EXISTING.

Hi @Frigate as we had the rubbish selection this week we were just adding on the results to one overall list. If you see the comments before it will make more sense. Add the results to the games we are missing! Hope you had a great time in the windy city.

Two of the five he’s actually played. I had done some brief research into Surfs up and The Shoot and agree with his placement. Surfs Up being a movie tie of mediocre effort and The Shoot being unique and novel artistically but not a world beater in any way.
So we can just integrate those 5 rankings into our list and then if there are other discrepancies with the others then @Jaz007 can take them into account in our final list if he chooses.

If we do that, that only leaves Street Rod. Which, I’m not sure if the game was actually released in any English speaking territories. According to google, the only Street Rod game was back on PC in the 80’s and the other listings for 360 and PS3 were in German or Hungarian or a Slavic language of some kind that I cannot decipher. So, unless anyone can find anything different, then it will certainly be Pointless or perhaps just omitted by Noisy if it was never released to us.
And with that, we would be all done. Just would need Jaz’s final certification.

Cursed Crusade head absolutely abysmal reception upon release. From my bit of research it looked like an easy pointless, not an existing.
