Around 60% of the time, when I turn on my PS4 it has no internet connection. When I try to fix that by going to either "Test Internet Connection" or "Set Up Internet" my PS4 refuses to load the page and forces me to turn it off, however when I turn it off, it also gets stuck with a blinking light and does not fully turn off. Meaning I cannot turn it back on again until I unplug the power and force a restart
This has happened far too many times and I'm worried it may damage my PS4, I've searched quite a bit for answers on reddit and such but no luck, hoping I can find some answers here. Cheers in advance
